While scrolling through newly brewing restaurant street of Gachibowli, I came across a place claiming to sell Bingsu. With no further delay , I rambled through the stairs and reached Deli with sunshine hue and an open kitchen.
For a change ,this place has stand-n-relish concept rather than sitting setup.
I loved the fact that long stretch of tables were skilfully divided into sections.
To experience Pan-Asian flavors,I decided to order Thai Green Chicken curry with rice,Nasi Goreng with Satay and Bingsu with Thai Pudding.
Thai Green Chicken curry left me spell-bounded with its well balanced flavors.Chicken was succulent. Each bite of well cooked flavor laden meat made me experience flavor-nirvana .
I opted for Nasi Goreng with Satay as a take-away.Rice tasted good. But, flavors of satay could be improved further.
Bingsu is a very popular dessert in Korea, composed of ice shavings and various types of toppings.
Ice shavings topped with whipped cream and real good dark-chocolate syrup, was a perfect end to my lunch on a sunny afternoon. My Bingsu was topped with Thai pudding and peanuts.Pudding had a pleasant bitter note which added yet another dimension to the dish.
Thank-you Chef Nizam for offering us delightful hygienic food which is easy on tummy and wallet.
Thumps up to this new kid on block !!!
