While scrolling through my pantry I came across ingredients which were perfect combo to make textured brandy balls.
Crumble a pack of Good-day (fruit& nut) along with 7 sticks of vanilla and orange wafers.Do not make it like a fine powder.For further crunch,mix in crushed caramel candy.
Knead biscuit crumble with 10 Tbsp brandy.
Chop 3 bars of semi-sweet dark chocolate and melt it in microwave.
Swirl in 2 can of condensed milk in melted chocolate
Mix in the biscuit crumble and refrigerate it for an hour.Once set,scoop the mix and shape it like a ball.Roll the brandy ball in cocoa-icing sugar mix .
You could refrigerate the crunchy-holiday delight for up-to 4 weeks.
